Butt out!

I am now convinced the neighbours are trying to kill our dog. They emptied their entire ashtray right in from of the apartment building! Shinobi managed to get a butt in her mouth before spitting it out in disgust! Freaked out slightly as I know the butts can kill little dogs and she's still really tiny. I have brushed her teeth and she seems fine...Grr I want to get out of here!
